SR20, what front/rear sprocket and chain did you use? Did you originally have a "thick" 54t rear sprocket?

yah i had thick #8 chain at first swapped to #25 with 6/78 gearing but now im considering 5/78 or if its not enough 5/98 i want it to burn them!

and yah i dont know what went on with those shocks but the dude fully refunded me and never sent them

after further thought i just dont think its possible to get a good shock on these since theres no room for travel cuz technically these were designed for the street it says right on the blata manual "not for rough terrain!"

and i think i know what you mean with the bolt heads from the sprocket rubbing on those bearing carriers? i went ahead and let mine drag untill they naturally wore a layer off the bearing carrier and no more rubbing! i know not the best way to do it but i was sick of messing with piddly things like that.

No, I have a solid front axle with a mono shock in the center. The front spindles are the same as yours so the bearing mod would work.

so that bolt pictured has bearings underneath and on top or is it wrapped in that tubing to act kinda like a bearing?

i think i know what you're getting at theres too much play on the spindle from the stock bolt? if so i did notice that! i tried tightening it tight but then the wheels dont turn lol

thats also not the only play i found on the IFS model quads the long bolt that goes through the a arms that attaches it to the quad has MAD play theres also play in the shock mounts where the bolt attaches those to the quad and a arms i think with thicker tubing all around holding those bolts straighter will fix those issues or thicker bolts. cuz china used the same tubing they use for their wheels for the a arms bolts and its not perfect fit imagine that!

ohh i got some more quad goodies pics up next week sometime

That's exactly what it does. The bolt is a shoulder bolt. It has a 12mm x 65mm "shoulder" and a 8mm threaded end. I installed flange bearings 12mmID x 18mmOD in the spindle. The shoulder spins the bearings with zero play. I received my Pro Taper bars and test fit them today...looks good

Default carb porting

Pretty sure this is what it is supposed to look like....created a venturi and opened it up to 17.5mm.

that all looks very nice! really like those handlebars they match pretty good

i installed some stiffer clutch springs on this new stock cag clutch and it takes off pretty freaking fast! now im gonna try and use a bigger jet to make the high end as tough as possible and i may go back to the BZM clutch

well i had some issues with my clutch last time i rode it kept slipping bad couldnt even make it up a hill. so i got a TGN 5 tooth pinion and zenoah clutch drum and i'll be drilling and tapping the stock cag clutch shoes for weights so it hits harder.

heres a couple pics and a pic of why my bzm clutch was slipping so bad its not even making full contact and its not as easy to sand away like the chinese clutches
