. I dont have any coolant issues with either of my bikes and never have. I like turning 20 + laps without having to stop for a cool down . ![]() |

Two things here....
1. If you want to make a cag rev to the moon (and you are using a sleeve anyway)...instead of a 40mm piston set up, drop down to a 36mm piston setup. it is lighter, readily available, and already comes with a single ring setup. With the sleeve, you can make your port specs however you want them, and even split the transfers if you wanted to. 2. I have access to the BZM 5 port A/C engine from tsunami, and I can honestly say it is a beast. (not mine - yet). No heat issues whatsoever, and I live in the desert. I will say however, be a bit smarter than me of the bike you put it in. We have it in a ZPF Eco Flyer chassis (read very short wheel base), and it is literally a unicycle. It will lift the front wheel effortlessly. As soon as we can, it will be moved to my pocket sidecar to pull my kid and my ass around at the same time. |

when i get another cylinder ille try a 35mm piston and see if it works. edit: yesterday at work i bored the cylinder out to get it ready for the steel sleeve. ive got the metal stock to make half a crank so im sstill waiting for more. im thinking of also making my own connecting rod i have the piston turned and inspected and it should all be good. im wondering though guys do you think a flat top piston would be better? im also estimating that the crank assembly will be 3-4 oz lighter wille still bieng full circle. at this point im thinking it would be better to make a couple of engines cause i can go with different crank strokes bore sizes and port designs. also sr20 or standard do you have any pics of the dome shape on those bzms or polinis? do you have pics of the crank connecting rod? wait ille look up one of those bzm cranks

see standard! the bzm 50cc 5 port aircooled is no joke! just imagine no water lines or radiator in the way of changing your plug dont even need to take off the fairings! no leaks or coolant consumption to worry about or water pump belts or failures its like the ultimate pocketbike top end! now imagine how much easier it would be with a 16/16 sha carb and an all stainless allen bolt kit! 4 tools to take the bike apart and tuning being a snap for any location just show up and race!another thing is the tsunamibike bzm 50cc 5 port aircooled is on 420 cases with stock stroke and Kelly says its that fast imagine what it would be like with the 620 cases and gold crank!
