Oh yeah it's a ysr 50 yamaha. I had it registered before I started this build. I have let the registration expire, but it's just a simple matter of renewing my tags at the dmv. Here is a picture of a stock ysr 50, and some ysr' and nsr's next to a mid bike, and my x 18 and ysr

I know a guy put a kawasaki 650 in one, but he had to cut and widen the frame to make it fit.
It really depends on how ridable you want it to be. With a 200cc engine my ysr is actually lighter than my 107cc x 19. There is a guy on another forum who did an xr 200 in his ysr, and it would do 113 mph. That is crazy fast on bikes this size. There not much bigger than an x18/19 just bidder gas tank and rims. I'll see if I can get some pics of the really cool builds, but I'll start a new thread for them. Back to my bike with the gearing that I have it should have a top speed of about 85/90mph. I could make it faster, but I want a fair amount of snap to it |

There are a few around here that have been going strong for 2 or 3 years, So as long as I do my oil changes and check my valves it should be fine. My friend and I tore it down when it frist got there(he is a motorcycle mechanic) and we found no issues. It's almost an exact clone of an xr 200. with these china engines what you have to remember is to take it apart look for issues, and when you put it togther USE LOC TIGHT. Do your regular up keep, and they last fine. My x 19 has been going strong for a year now. Besides if it does'nt last more than a few year, It only cost me 400 shipped.
