Default Mayjor Problem....

I think i have a slight problem. i was looking at my x19 this morning and i came across this piece of what looked like foil hanging out of the part where the exhaust pipe connects to the engine. since i have no idea what it is. i know nothing about engines i figured i would ask the good people here at mmp. ill put some pics up. can anyone help me. please help. oh yeah dont worry about me spelling major wrong. just seeing who would pay attention

looks like someone came by smokin some crack and stuffed their foil pipe under your bike cover lol wouldnt surprise me if thats really what it is.

no i dont think its foil i think it is the gasket thing that goes between the motor and the connection of the exhaust pipe. can someone tell me if im right

ok seriously i live out in the middle of no where and my bike is inside my garage. no one came by smoking crack and put foil around it. now if u can help please help. i want to know if im still able to ride my bike with this coming off. it was the only think that came off.

Its just excess gasket sealant material that is used to seal the head pipe to the head of the engine. Nothing to worry about at all, peel it off, throw it away and ride the bike

maybe its part of the gasket?? after all china has a way with making things...

like the gen2 banshee waterpump brackets that continue to break? yet they dont sell them seperate so you're stuck buying a whole new waterpump and yet they still break and the only place to get them is pbu so the price is sky high. the chinese shoulda stuck with the grc design on that one same with the waterbottle!
