First off, the brake light isn't hooked up to the back brake stock. Also that little threaded eyelet bolt that you are referring to is the actuator for the rear brake. It should be pushing the brake cylinder when you depress the rear brake. If you aren't getting any brake fluid when you were bleeding the brakes, then it isn't doing its job or, the brake line is clogged.
