yeah i know the mco is on reg paper (i have one) but the problem is it only has the vin # on it and thats all!, and the vin # is pasted to it lol, and over another #. So what i was saying is that id like to make a blank one in photoshop or word or illustrator so that i can fill it out and print it on the pc. (who the hell has a typewriter any more!) so all i need is a good scan of the front and back of a MCO

Well i tried to get plated today and well first the screener looked over my paperwork, passed all that so i was fine , then I went to pay the taxes at the revenue desk, cost $44.00 so that was fine, then came the walk over to the auditor....this is where it all went down hill!, well the young lady at the desk was going threw all the paper work got to the MCO and she stop (I heared her mumble something under her breath) I figured well she looks inexperienced in theses manners and just as i thought that she got up, and walked around to her supervisor, who i couldn't see but had a gravely older guys voice and i was thinking im doomed! But what i heard was...."7hp....yeah thats fine.....sounds like a scooter....let me take a look at that......wait, what the heck is Buyang?....hmmm this papers all waxy cardboard like, and its hand written ..... nahhh, this wont do, tell him to get a real CO and come back", I was like damn I was so close! She came back round the corner and was like "This wont work you need to get yo money back from where you bought this, it look like it came from China to so we cant tell if it pass the EPA testing , get your money back or have them ship you a real MCO on real paper not this waxy cardboard paper!" I was like ," Oh really ma'am well this is what they sent me, but ill try to get the info from them..."

hOLESHOTZ can ya help? maybe a mco filled out (typed and not on that crappy paper they come with? I think E-bay has MCO's for 20 bucks but it too is blank!,

you can call the DMV title section and tell them you purhcased a Buyang Scooter and your looking to register it and you need to know what you need. Also Ask if you'll need it on secured paper.

i say give it another try!!! it all depends on who you get for help and they CAN NOT! deny you the chance to register a fully legal vehicle you just got stuck with some dumbass's that never even heard of these bikes so of coarse the way they think is "well if i never heard of it then its not legit" so you must break them down tell them its 100% legal and you'll be bringing a lawyer in next time to sue! thats like a new car company coming out and because the lady at the desk never heard of it its not real yah right get them bitches fired!!!! they're obviously not doing their job they could've looked up in their book and seen buyang in clear print!


you got swindled just like everyone else that goes to the dmv/dot they make you go back and forth like 10x losing days of work all that stuff and in the end they always have no choice but to register it but like Muirner said call get someones name whoever you talk to find out whats needed then when you go down and they say no give them the persons name you talked to and tell them you'll be contacting your lawyer cuz its b/s they'll do it!

But what RI is doing to me is completly legal. The MSO provided to me by Buyang both the cardboard paper one and the Secured paper one are not correct. It has to have certain elements on it and it dosent matter who you are. So far each time i've gone they fax my shit to the DMV in Pawtucket and the main Licencing/Registration Supervisor breaks my balls. So while i keep tyring, i need PROPER documentation before i can do anything.

true having the right documentation helps a lot! lol but if everythings in front of them and they still arent registering it because its something they never heard of is b/s! and you know how those dmv people are they think their shit dont stink!

It sucks when Buyang FUCKS UP, because it takes 3 weeks to get a new one shipped (a title). I'm about to go home and get mine and load it into the laser printer here so i can print on the missing info. IDK what they used for a printer though, and if the print is different where i'm printing to the Info they did, i'm fucked even more. I just cant go any longer with out a legal bike. 10-15 minute rides just dont cut it, i wanna ride for a few hours.
