yep! here in iowa a cop shows up to your house to inspect the bike, car whatever it is this is why i've been saying sometimes its not as easy as it seems most dmv's do need "tricked" into registering stuff. most people go to a dmv/dot expecting to walk out with plates but most of the time they get the run around it just depends on who's working and what mood they're in.

where on the MCO can i make it seem like my X18 can only go 17-20mph?
anything over 20mph in NYC can to be insured and insurance is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!!
so i lower the number in the H.P. (S.A.E.) spot to like 4 instead of 7???

If you get this registered do you NEED to have a license to ride it on regular streets? In Wisconsin you can register one of those 49cc scooter bike things and you don't need a license just to be 16 years of age. Also, the registration for that is only 23 dollars D: If I get a bike most of my riding will be up there so I shouldn't have a problem with it. I live in Illinois though, and if I register it in Wisconsin would the registration still be valid if I keep the plates on here in Il?

the MCO that comes with the bike isnt on secured paper, most states will require a title that gets shipped after the bike. I just recieved mine today
