if its the carb that came with it i think its a 98 dell phbg jet with stock idle jet that came with the carb for the c1. that engine could prolly use a slightly bigger main jet have you tried changing heads? i liked the way it ran with the 98 in nice weather.

yah i seen the ktm clutch that has more pad area for better connection also theres the predator 50/ moped style clutches that would definitly bite hard but way too big. could you imagine if a cag engine had a real dirt bike style tranny?! where you could keep the cag motor in its powerband! a buddy and i been talking about it. ohh and about that dell carb are you talking about the 19mm? if so i'll need to ask my bro if its ok to sell it cuz its his but i doubt he'll say no cuz he hasnt been into his bikes for a while he's got both his banshee's sitting at my other bros house on the side in the weather

damn $75 is cheap! too bad im still working on the fiddy also only place to ride mine is rough terrain so i gotta stay with some sorta suspension remember i cracked the frame? lol its all good now though. i prolly will eventually get that motor in the quad cuz its been sitting for a couple years now and i know i wont get the price i want for it so im better off using it. i still miss the cag engines though they're so fun and reliable once fully built. ever try those gp460 crank seals? i cant wait till the fiddy's done so i can go back to messing with the real minis haha

lol! thats some funny ass shit i wouldnt be surprised if i see one someday cruising along. now that i seen yours im thinking about throwing my spare banshee engine in mine since i have no use for it lol i would definitly have to get a better clutch though wouldnt it be the shit to get a custom drum machined with atleast a 3 disk clutch attached to the crank instead of the pads and shoes? it would hook up like the crf50 instead of a cag then it would definitly pull wheelies!

nah man dont mess with the size of the stinger diameter you'll completly ruin the pipe its supposed to be pea sized. the cag pipes are all experimentations to try and manipulate a chainsaw derived engines powerband but the watercooleds have to be very close to work correctly. the polini and bzm pipes both have tiny pea sized stingers too. and only reason i didnt pack the pipe is its kinda useless cuz its so loud it wont make a difference lol plus i hate the way it all soaks up and leaks on the back fender

damn for ebay plastics they good! most people that get these get the ones that are like cag fairings hella thin and brittle i remember my friend back in vegas got some and they cracked just from bolting them on. polini crank sounds good but for the price might wanna look into the bzm race crank its got longer stroke. the red crank works for polini stuff too but the gold crank i would leave for the bzm top ends plus its hella expensive.
